Common questions

Planning your care

How do I book an appointment?

Submit your preferred date and time online, call or WhatsApp the clinic. The receptionist will call within six hours to confirm; your requested time is not confirmed until then.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Please call before travelling when possible. Confirmed appointments help the clinic prepare and reduce waiting.

What languages are spoken?

English, Telugu and Hindi.

Is parking available?

Yes. Open parking is available outside the clinic for cars and bikes.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards, UPI and cash.

Do you support insurance or EMI?

The clinic can assist with eligible insurance claims, but approval depends on your insurer and policy. If your card issuer offers EMI conversion, you may arrange it through the issuer. The clinic does not publish treatment prices or offer in-house EMI on this website.

When are consultants available?

Consultant schedules are not fixed. A suitable specialist visit is arranged after the main dentist completes the initial diagnosis.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

Call +91 91334 31444. For difficulty breathing or swallowing, severe spreading swelling, collapse or serious facial trauma, seek immediate emergency medical care.
