When you contact the clinic or request an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, appointment preference and the short message you choose to provide. Please do not submit detailed medical records through these forms.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, confirm appointments, provide requested clinic information and maintain reasonable administrative records. We do not sell website enquiry information.
WhatsApp, email and external services
If you choose WhatsApp, email, Google Maps or Facebook, that service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Avoid sending sensitive information through public or unsecured channels.
Retention
Normal website enquiries may be retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless ongoing care, a legal obligation or a legitimate clinical or administrative need requires longer retention.
